1. What is your return/exchange policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Sale items are final.

2. How do I start a return?

Email us at info@partakefashions.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

3. Do you offer refunds?

At this time, we only offer store credit or exchanges.

4. How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days and shipped via standard or expedited shipping. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by country.

6. What sizes do you carry?

We believe in inclusivity and currently offer sizes [S,M,L,XL,1XL,2XL,3XL]. Please check our size chart for details.

7. How do I know what size to order?

8. Are your items restocked?

Some bestsellers may be restocked, but many of our pieces are limited edition. We recommend purchasing quickly if you see something you love!

9. How do I care for my pieces?

Care instructions are listed on each product page and tag. Generally, we recommend gentle washing or dry cleaning for longevity.

10. Can I update or cancel my order?

Orders can only be updated or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they begin processing
