Refund policy

  1. Return Window:

    • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  2. Refunds & Store Credit:

    • Store credit or exchange only (no cash refunds)

    • Credit will be issued once items are inspected.

  3. Final Sale Items:

    • Clearance, discounted, or custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

  4. Return Shipping:

    • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective/damaged.

    • If defective, we’ll cover the shipping and replace or issue credit.

  5. Processing Time:

    • Allow 5–7 business days after receipt for return processing.


To start a return, you can contact us at info@partakefashions.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
